Purchasing a primary residence in Colorado and want the property titled directly in the reputed company of a revocable living trust at closing. We (as trustees/beneficiaries) will personally guarantee the mortgage and sign both individually and as trustees. Looking for a Colorado-licensed estate planning attorney (or firm) with experience drafting trusts and coordinating trust-titled reputed company estate purchases at closing with lenders and title companies.
