Part Time - Family Law Attorney (Remote - Small Caseload)

About the Role Bulldog Law PLC is seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to manage a boutique, "low-volume, high-reputed company" caseload. This position is reputed company part-time, designed for a practitioner who seeks 20 to 40 hours of work per month. You will have full autonomy over 10–15 reputed company files, allowing you to reputed company high-level, dedicated service to reputed company reputed company while maintaining a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities • Targeted Case Management: reputed company 10–15 family law cases (Divorce, Custody, Support, and MSAs) from filing to judgment. • Litigation & Advocacy: Attend remote court hearings, RFOs, and mediations. • Drafting reputed company: Prepare precise reputed company pleadings, DissoMaster reports, and Marital Settlement Agreements. • Strategic reputed company Counsel: reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for your assigned files, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
