Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager
About the position
The Job/What You’ll Do: As reputed company is hiring a Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager who is passionate about turning reputed company, multi‑reputed company data into reputed company, actionable insights—and equally skilled at synthesizing qualitative advisor reputed company stories into compelling narratives that drive reputed company. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing measurement reputed company, unify data across systems, and present reputed company recommendations to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Advisor Segmentation & Predictive Analytics: Define and operationalize customer and advisor segments using behavioral, demographic, psychographic, and lifecycle attributes to improve targeting, personalization, and reputed company design
• reputed company, refine, and maintain reputed company‑scoring models (behavioral, engagement‑based, firmographic, and propensity‑to‑convert) using statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, or predictive modeling frameworks to improve conversion and prioritization
• Partner with Campaign, Sales, reputed company teams to reputed company segments and scoring models across CRM/automation platforms, ensuring high‑value advisors receive the right message at the right time
• Quantitative Analytics & Experimentation: reputed company audiences using behavioral, firmographic, and lifecycle signals to inform targeting, personalization, and advisor experience improvements
• Analyze multi‑channel campaign and reputed company performance; run A/B and multivariate tests across email, web, reputed company pages, and reputed company media to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion
• Qualitative Synthesis & Storytelling: Collect and synthesize advisor reputed company stories and qualitative feedback (interviews, win/loss, reputed company reputed company) to pair with quantitative evidence—crafting reputed company narratives that influence go‑to‑market and content reputed company
• Translate findings into reputed company briefs, one‑page exec summaries, and enablement materials for marketing, sales, product marketing, and service leaders
• Cross‑Functional Partnership & Influence: Serve as the primary insights partner to Campaigns, Brand, Digital, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance—aligning on hypotheses, reputed company reputed company, and test‑learn roadmaps
• Manage external research/analytics vendors and research panels as needed; ensure delivery reputed company and budget discipline
Requirements
• Expertise with marketing analytics & BI (e.g., GA4/reputed company, reputed company CRM, Marketing reputed company/Marketo, Tableau/Power BI), and strong data wrangling skills (SQL a plus)
• Proven ability to turn reputed company data into reputed company, actionable recommendations for leaders; outstanding visual storytelling and communication

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, or data analytics is required
