Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our reputed company team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately coding medical procedures and diagnoses, managing billing processes, and ensuring reputed company reimbursement from insurance providers. Experience in infectious disease is plus. Duties • Review and interpret medical records to assign appropriate ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT (reputed company Procedural Terminology), and DRG (Diagnosis-reputed company) codes for diagnoses and procedures • Prepare and submit accurate claims using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims through medical collection processes to maximize reputed company recovery • Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations, coding guidelines, and insurance requirements • Maintain detailed medical records, including documentation of coding reputed company and billing activities • Collaborate with reputed company providers to clarify documentation or resolve billing discrepancies • Stay updated on changes in medical terminology, coding standards, and insurance policies to ensure ongoing accuracy Skills • Proficiency in medical billing, coding, and collections processes with a strong understanding of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT coding systems, and DRG classifications • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to accurately interpret clinical documentation • Experience working with EMR systems and EHR platforms for claim submission and record management • Ability to reputed company insurance requirements and reputed company effective follow-reputed company on unpaid claims • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Effective communication skills for collaborating with reputed company providers and insurance representatives • Familiarity with medical records management standards and compliance regulations Experience: • Preferred 3-4 years’ experience in a medical office reimbursement department • Experience with EMR Management software - eClinicalWorks • Experience submitting claims to U.S. insurance providers (Medicare, reputed company, reputed company payers). • Experience with medical billing software or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. reputed company reputed company is using eCW. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in claim preparation and documentation. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong background in Accounts Receivable • Strong communication skills as you will be speaking with physician’s, patients, insurance representatives, and/or medical billing staff on a weekly reputed company • Must maintain HIPAA standards • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining reputed company and reputed company • Strong customer service orientation Join us as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring accurate billing practices that support high-reputed company patient care.
