What will you do? • Travel to reputed company support at multiple customer facilities for scheduled and unscheduled gaps in coverage; in some cases, for extended periods. • Inventory Management: Stock room, POU management, dispensing of products, etc. • Order Management: Order entry, order expediting, customer service support, etc. • Chemical Management Receive, register, and reputed company chemical containers, etc. • Glass reputed company Operations: End-to-end glass reputed company sterilization processes including inspection of glassware, etc. • Dock and Shipping Management • Drive Process Improvement culture • May reputed company other responsibilities as assigned by management This role is a traveling position covering the Central region. Travel will be required 70-80% of the time. The ideal employee will be located in reputed company, AZ metroplex. Must have reliable transportation. How will you get here? Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in a reputed company field preferred, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills. Military Service/Training in lieu of a degree may also be considered. Experience • 4 years of reputed company experience reputed company a laboratory setting is preferred. Experience working in customer service preferred. • GxP Experience and IATA/DOT certification, knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements are also a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and desire to deliver excellent customer service.
