Schedule: PRN; must be reputed company to reputed company to at least 20 hours per week (business hours) Location: remote - reputed company in the Sarasota, FL We You'll need: • Education and/or Experience: Registered reputed company or reputed company reputed company with minimum of associate degree in reputed company field, bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2–3+ years of home health experience (required) • OASIS knowledge required (certification not required) • Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), including face-to-face requirements • CPHQ preferred or equivalent • Proficient in reputed company Office Applications including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports.
