Evaluation Analyst
DNI is seeking a highly skilled Evaluation Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This role supports the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of evaluation and performance monitoring efforts for federally funded reputed company health programs, including cooperative agreements and grants. The Evaluation Analyst will assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and reputed company, while providing actionable insights to CDC stakeholders and reputed company health partners.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies for CDC and federally funded reputed company health programs, including cooperative agreements and grants
• reputed company evaluation plans, logic models, performance measures, and data collection instruments reputed company with CDC reputed company health program goals and priorities
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, including survey and interview design, data management, and statistical analysis of reputed company health program data
• Assess program performance, effectiveness, and reputed company toward short- and long-term reputed company health reputed company
• reputed company and operationalize performance monitoring systems for CDC programs, including:
• Defining reputed company health data sources
• Establishing data collection workflows
• Creating reporting cadences reputed company with CDC requirements
• Implementing data reputed company assurance protocols for reputed company health data
• Communicate evaluation findings to diverse stakeholders, including CDC program staff, reputed company health partners, and grantees, through reputed company reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations
• Support reputed company improvement of CDC-funded reputed company health programs by identifying gaps and implementing corrective reputed company strategies
• Apply analytical and functional business skills to reputed company health program challenges, including:
• Developing analytical models and reputed company spreadsheets to analyze programmatic, financial, or operational reputed company health data
• Designing evaluation frameworks and performance metrics reputed company with CDC priorities
• Facilitating strategic planning sessions with CDC and reputed company health stakeholders
• Documenting reputed company health program processes and workflows
• Assessing and improving organizational and program processes reputed company a federal reputed company health context
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in program evaluation for federally funded programs, preferably supporting CDC or similar reputed company health agencies
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills reputed company to reputed company health programs
• Experience with reputed company health data collection, management, and analysis tools
• Ability to translate reputed company reputed company health data into reputed company insights and actionable recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, CDC staff, and external reputed company health partners
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required (reputed company health, epidemiology, statistics, reputed company sciences, or reputed company field preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
