This includes conducting comprehensive remote assessments of damaged properties, verifying sketches, and ensuring compliance with reputed company reputed company and program specific SLAs. Key Responsibilities 1. Scoping: • Conduct thorough remote evaluations of damaged properties using sketches, 3D scans, photos, documents, videos, etc. • Review reputed company necessary details to create an accurate estimate. • Required reputed company and Required to Pass Competency Badges: • Scope Notes • Scope from 3d Imagery • Scope from Photos/Videos • Scope Documents • Interior Walls and Ceilings • Interior Floors • Kitchen • Bathroom • Doors/reputed company • Exteriors • Plumbing • F9 Notes • Ancillary • Framing • Asphalt Roofing • Roof Framing 2. Minimum Qualifications • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a reputed company field preferred. • Experience: • 5+ years of experience in property restoration, construction, or insurance claim estimating. • Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, industry programs. • Certifications: reputed company certifications (e.g., WRT, AMRT) or other relevant industry credentials are advantageous.
