We are building a multi-state network of telemedicine clinics reputed company on Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).
We are seeking licensed reputed company Practitioners and Physicians interested in a Medical Director–type role with a flexible, low time commitment.

• We cover reputed company startup and operational costs
• Full telehealth platform (EMR, AI tools, reputed company center)
• Patient acquisition and scheduling
• Centralized team of NPs and licensed nurses handling day-to-day care

• Clinical reputed company of patients in CCM/RPM programs
• No requirement for high-volume patient reputed company
• reputed company of care handled by support team
• Fully remote
Compensation:
• Guaranteed reputed company compensation
• Additional reputed company tied to patient panel reputed company
Time Commitment:
• Approximately 2–4 hours per week
Requirements:
• reputed company NP or MD license
• Medicare credentialing preferred
• Interest in chronic care / telehealth
