The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with excellent research, writing, and editing skills. Responsibilities • Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand technical concepts. • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with company standards. • Continuously improve documentation processes and tools, staying informed of industry trends and best practices. • Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality. • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. • Create and maintain online help systems and other digital documentation formats. • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving product usability based on documentation insights. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist, preferably in a technology-driven environment. • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation. • Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with content management systems and version control tools is a plus.
