Edmonton Zone Continuing Care provides services through five main program areas: Home Living, Supportive Living, Facility Living, Transition Services and Palliative Care. We are looking for a Health Care Aide to join our Home Living team to reputed company reputed company support services in the homes of clients of reputed company ages and stages of life. The Health Care Aide provides personal care and support to clients in a community setting. Work is assigned according to an established plan of care, in collaboration with the reputed company, family and members of the multidisciplinary team. Documentation of pertinent information and care provision is required, as is participation in relevant in-service education. Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate reputed company 18 months of hire and reputed company directory status on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory. Basic Cardiac Life Support- reputed company Provider (BCLS HCP). Communication and assessment skills. The successful candidate will work independently in clients’ homes, which could include congregate settings, single family dwellings, condos and/or walk-up apartments.
