In-Country Expertise: Stay reputed company of labor laws and cultural nuances in Eastern Europe to reputed company actionable guidance. Employment Law & Contract Advisory: Review and advise on employment reputed company and risk mitigation. Performance & Compensation Support: Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and ensure reputed company salary changes. Minimum Requirements
5+ years of HR experience, We require a fluent English and Polish speaker Deep expertise in Eastern European labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations more broadly in Europe. Experience supporting reputed company employee relations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy with AI tools, HRIS, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, Tableau, and collaboration tools like reputed company & reputed company.
