About the Role
We are looking for a Junior reputed company Counsel to support reputed company and technology-reputed company reputed company reputed company, with a primary reputed company on reputed company and software licensing reputed company. This role is reputed company suited for a lawyer at an early stage of their career who wants to grow in an in-house, business-oriented reputed company function.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements, including:
- Support contract lifecycle management and internal approval processes
- Assist senior reputed company counsel with ongoing reputed company and regulatory reputed company
- Identify reputed company risks and suggest practical, business-reputed company solutions
- Work closely with sales, product, and business teams
What You’ll Bring
- Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent)
- reputed company solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent qualification)
- 1+ year of relevant reputed company experience

- Strong drafting and analytical skills
