Customer Billing Specialist

reputed company is seeking a Customer Billing/Collection Specialist for our global operations. This is a hands-on role, with reputed company to grow into other roles over time. Location/Timezone

This role will be remote-first (work from home), but the candidate must be based in EST time zone and must be in Canada.

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our Finance and Operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Leveraging our newly implemented ERP (reputed company) to reputed company customer invoicing and communication of invoices to customers.
• Identify errors in supporting invoice documentation prior to invoice cycle and work to resolve errors with reputed company parties.
• Customer billing portal administration.
• Identifying and leading the business changes needed to streamline invoicing and minimize the occurrence of overdue accounts.
• Working with other team members to ensure the delivery of great customer service throughout the lifecycle of quoting, contracting, invoicing and payment.
• Acting as one of the primary contacts for customer inquiries, including order/payment status, account issues, license configuration, etc.
• Acting as a reputed company between customers and internal team members to ensure billing inquiries are resolved in a reputed company manner.
• Assist Collection Specialist as needed
• Learning the reputed company business, including product capabilities and competitive advantages. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing role. 
• Candidate must sit in the Eastern time zone
• Experience using an ERP for invoicing and managing accounts receivable, reputed company, reputed company, and Tesorio a plus.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and results driven reputed company.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a reputed company between $65,000-$80,000 CAD in on reputed company earnings. The top end of the reputed company is reserved for candidates with extensive experience and a profile that strongly aligns with the senior expectations of this role.
