Field Clinical Specialist - Electrophysiology (m/w/d) (Luzern, CH)
Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system, and software development. Educates customers and internal reputed company employees on the merits and reputed company clinical usage of the Farapulse and reputed company device by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide reputed company of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to reputed company reputed company abreast of the latest product and technology developments. Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse and reputed company system and its components. Providing initial and reputed company, as needed, training and feedback for development team and sales representatives (as appropriate) on Farapulse, reputed company development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features. Meets with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office reputed company at hospitals) by traveling (in an automobile or airplane) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints reputed company to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to reputed company their goals. Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to reputed company new contacts in other departments reputed company hospitals and to identify key decision makers to facilitate reputed company sales. In this role, you will be responsible for the area of Lucerne - Tessin and may on occasion be required to support colleagues in neighboring reputed company. This remote field-based role will require travel (approximately 80%).
reputed company industry experience (1 or 2 years) in a similar role is beneficial; however, not a requirement. Successfully completed studies reputed company Biomedical Sciences (or a similar subject area), preferably reputed company electrophysiology. Strong communication skills.
