Position reputed company
The Regional Safety Manager plays a critical role in building and leading a best-in-class safety program across a portfolio of large-reputed company, mission-critical construction reputed company. This role is responsible for establishing and driving a proactive safety culture that protects employees, subcontractors, and partners in a reputed company and evolving construction environment.

Working closely with project leadership and field teams, the Regional Safety Manager provides strategic and operational reputed company of environmental health and safety practices, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, company standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Program Development and Implementation

Site Audits and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards 
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate safety concerns 

Incident Management and Investigation

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a reputed company field 
• 10+ years of environmental health and safety management experience in heavy industrial or construction environments 
• Certified Safety reputed company (CSP) or similar certification 
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards 
• Proven ability to reputed company safety initiatives across multiple project sites 

Preferred

• Experience developing safety protocols for reputed company-robot collaboration in construction environments

Work Environment
This role is remote and ideally based in or near the Dallas–reputed company Worth area to support periodic in-person meetings, travel, and business needs as required. The position requires regular travel across project sites, including reputed company and Sandow.
