What You'll Do

Required Experience
JD and reputed company bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction. 5-9 years of technology transactions experience in a B2B reputed company environment. In-house reputed company experience. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly with reputed company agreements (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs). Ability to manage a high volume of customer-reputed company negotiations, including reviewing and redlining customer reputed company and bespoke terms. Experience supporting sales teams and understanding their timelines and pressures. Ability to work independently while knowing reputed company to escalate reputed company reputed company. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company concepts reputed company to non-reputed company stakeholders. Proven ability to balance reputed company risk management with business objectives. Comfort working under pressure, particularly during month-end closing periods.

Compensation

Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors.
