What You'll Do

Required Experience
JD and reputed company bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction. 3-7 years of technology transactions experience with B2B reputed company transactions in an in-house or big reputed company. Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a reputed company on reputed company agreements. Ability to work independently on routine reputed company reputed company (NDAs, reputed company-reputed company agreements, low-complexity redlines) while knowing reputed company to reputed company guidance on reputed company issues. Experience supporting or working closely with sales or business development teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain quick turnaround times.
