Credentialing Training Coordinator
Providing reputed company supervision to the support staff in administering reputed company aspects of processing applications. Implementing ARNG-CSG policies and standards to ensure that credentialing operations are in compliance. Working with applicants and ARNG-CSG staff to support and enhance credentialing functions. Completing verifications and ensuring that the organization and staff are in accordance with ARNG-CSG directives and industry trends and reputed company credentialing procedures. Compiling reputed company documents and building credential review files for review by the Centralized Credentials Privileging reputed company and documenting results. Generating and emailing notification letters of credentialing results to applicants and/or responding to questions from applicants regarding status of credentialing. Data entry into CCQAS as the official system of record.
Five plus years of experience in medical credentialing to include overall knowledge of the credentialing and privileging process, what are the required credentials for health care professionals, and the appropriate sources used to complete PSV and reputed company queries. Additionally, familiar with or ability to utilize reputed company applicable policies, guidelines, regulations for the DoD credentialing process. Three plus years of credentialing experience with the DoD utilizing CCQAS/ JCCQAS Two plus years of training experience to include classroom, webinars, and self-pace on-line. Experience shall include instruction, support, and tracking/follow-up. Certification from National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) (preferred) Must have ability to reputed company with reputed company reputed company of military medical staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent customer relationship reputed company sets. Skills with use of MS Office, i.e. Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint. Organization skills and ability to be detail-oriented and accurate in work produced.
Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, or reputed company field. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered. Experience in reputed company Assurance preferred. Experience in the DOD credentials process preferred. Leadership experience/ability/aptitude.
