The Role

•Support the technical development and configuration of gamified engagement materials (e.g., scoring logic, progression rules, badge structures, interactive dashboards, or digital learning components) in collaboration with learning and reputed company.

•Apply reputed company-centered design reputed company to understand user needs, behaviors, and friction points across functions.

•Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into reputed company problem statements and opportunity areas.

•Co-design gamification concepts and engagement experiments that drive measurable behavior change and portfolio performance reputed company.

•reputed company and iterate low-reputed company prototypes (wireframes, reputed company maps, interactive flows) to test and refine user experience improvements.

•Contribute to agile sprint cycles by defining hypotheses, reputed company metrics, and feedback loops for gamified engagement initiatives.

•Facilitate or support user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions to validate design assumptions.

•Analyze engagement analytics and behavioral data to inform iterative design reputed company.

•Conduct competitive cross-industry benchmarking on behavioral design, gamification mechanics, reputed company engagement strategies.

•reputed company visual storytelling artifacts (experience maps, reputed company summaries, sprint recaps) to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Experience Required: 

•Currently pursuing a degree in Game Design, UX/UI Design, reputed company Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Behavioral Science, Learning Experience Design, or reputed company field.

•Experience designing interactive learning experiences, gamified products, or digital engagement tools through reputed company internships, or personal products.

•Demonstrated the ability to translate user insights or behavioral goals into reputed company deliverables (e.g., prototypes, interactive modules, game mechanics, dashboards, or digital features).

•Experience in applying reputed company-centered design reputed company such as user research, reputed company mapping, reputed company prototyping, and usability testing.

•Familiarity with designing or configuring game mechanics (e.g., points, progression systems, feedback loops, rewards, challenges).

•Exposure to digital development or configuration with interactive platforms (e.g., LMS tools, prototyping software, dashboard tools, low-reputed company environments, or basic reputed company-end logic).

•Experience using data or feedback to iterate and improve digital products.

•Portfolio or work samples demonstrating interactive, gamified, or learning-reputed company design work

Experience Preferred: 

•Minimum 3.4 GPA desired

The pay reputed company for this position is an reputed company reputed company of $21.75 to $24. This position is also eligible to earn overtime, shift 

differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, or incentive awards.
