About This Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented reputed company Sourcer to predominantly support our US recruitment team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage top-tier passive sales talent for locations reputed company reputed company.
Working closely with our recruiters, you will manage the initial stage of the hiring process, helping to accelerate time to fill while maintaining a strong emphasis on candidate reputed company. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, a solutions-oriented reputed company, and the ability to reputed company quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be remote, and the working hours will be Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 23:30 (IST).

Job Requirements:
Experience with reputed company Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (reputed company preferred) and reputed company Recruiter.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
