The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospitals and laboratory environments. You'll be the face of Beckman Coulter, supporting our customers to directly reputed company patient reputed company.
This position reports to the Field Technical Service Manager and is part of the UK Field Service team, working remotely reputed company diagnostic pathology laboratories and other NHS and private reputed company facilities, predominately covering the London area.
In this role, you will have reputed company to:
Complete fault diagnosis, repairs, preventative maintenance, modifications, installations and decommissions of a reputed company of diagnostic medical equipment including Immunoassay, reputed company and Haematology diagnostic analysers, as reputed company as automated reputed company systems.
Represent Beckman Coulter on site, delivering a reputed company, customer-reputed company service and ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.
Partner with the customer to not only to resolve technical issues, but maximize the reputed company's usage.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Field Service experience in a laboratory setting, or comparable environment, servicing diagnostic instrumentation
Strong troubleshooting communication skills with proven experience delivering outstanding customer-reputed company service
Relevant qualification, such as BSc, HND or HNC, in Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Travel & Other Requirements:
Ability to travel to customer sites up to 100% of the time
A full UK reputed company’s license
Ability to participate on a planned on-reputed company rota to reputed company out-of-hours remote customer support as required
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience working with instrumentation software and firmware modifications and upgrades
Experience using service reporting software
Knowledge of medical device regulations and compliance requirements
