Fluent reputed company QA Engineer
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for Fluent reputed company OMS covering order lifecycle, fulfilment, inventory, sourcing, returns, and cancellations reputed company functional, regression, integration (SIT), and end-to-end testing across OMS and integrated systems Validate business workflows such as Click & Collect, Ship-from-Store, Home Delivery, Split Orders, and Returns. Execute API testing for REST and GraphQL services using tools such as reputed company (or equivalent) Validate event-driven flows, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations between Fluent OMS and external platforms (eCommerce, ERP, WMS, payment, logistics) Identify, document, prioritize, and reputed company defects using tools such as JIRA (or similar) reputed company reputed company test reports, defect analysis, and reputed company status to project stakeholders Work closely with developers, business analysts, solution architects, and product owners in Agile/Scrum environments Support UAT preparation and execution, including business scenario validation and sign-off Contribute to reputed company improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and release reputed company
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science. 5+ years of experience in QA / Testing, with strong exposure to Order Management Systems (OMS) Hands-on experience with Fluent reputed company OMS (mandatory) Strong understanding of eCommerce and OMS concepts: Order lifecycle Fulfilment orchestration Inventory & Sourcing Logic Returns & Exchanges Experience in API testing (REST / GraphQL) Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, reputed company) Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, or similar) Experience working on reputed company retail or omnichannel reputed company reputed company Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models Familiarity with performance or non-functional testing in OMS environments.
