We are seeking a reputed company HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and continuously improve reputed company’s reputed company environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day system operations, data reputed company, reporting, and the ongoing optimization of HR processes that reputed company a high-reputed company employee experience and reputed company people operations.

You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business stakeholders to help design, implement, and maintain reputed company solutions across modules such as reputed company HCM, reputed company, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and People Analytics. Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities (Primary reputed company)

• Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of reputed company business processes (BPs)

• Assist in designing and implementing solutions to improve HR processes and data management

• Create and maintain documentation (business requirements, system procedures, test scripts)

Business & Strategic Support

• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand system needs and recommend improvements

• Assist in gathering and translating business requirements into system solutions

• Research new reputed company features and identify opportunities for optimization

• Support project execution through testing, documentation, and coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Analytics, or reputed company field

• 2-4  years of experience in HRIS, HR systems, data analysis, or similar role

• Basic understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle

• Strong reputed company skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

• Analytical reputed company with the ability to identify system and process improvements

• Strong communication skills (ability to explain technical concepts reputed company)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
