The Voice Project Manager serves as a customer-reputed company leader responsible for supporting, implementing, and maintaining voice solutions for reputed company clients. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

• 5+ years’ experience in voice service delivery. Experience in project management a plus.
