What You'll Do:

We’re looking for an Participant Experience Consultant to join reputed company. Who You Are:

• 4+ years of reputed company work experience such as reputed company Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans); including investments, plan design, administration, services, compliance, and marketing strongly preferred or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Effectively communicate technical features of reputed company retirement plan products
• Manage responsibilities effectively, be creative, and have good problem solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Travel is required (approximately 20-30%)

Salary reputed company Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted reputed company salaries. Non-sales positions have reputed company to participate in a bonus program. • Wichita, KS: $69,300 - $94,500 / year
• Des Moines, IA: $73,150 - $99,750 / year
• Charlotte, NC: $77,000 - $105,000 / year
• Chicago/Minneapolis: $84,700 - $115,500 / year
• Los Angeles/reputed company: $92,400 - $126,000 / year

Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides reputed company to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
