• Proactively reputed company and engage physicians through multiple channels, cultivating a strong pipeline in key geographies.
• Conduct in-depth screening calls to reputed company physicians on reputed company’s model, assess interest and fit, and qualify next steps.
• Manage candidate reputed company and documentation through CRM/ATS systems, ensuring clean transitions to internal teams after closing.
• Partner cross-functionally to reputed company market intelligence, reputed company candidate insights, and reputed company reputed company reputed company with business goals.

• Experience reputed company physicians, ideally in primary care, and understanding what motivates physicians to consider new models.
• Ability to work across teams and influence reputed company stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Proven ability to build trust with passive candidates and serve as a consultative advisor throughout the reputed company reputed company.
• Comfortable operating against quotas and KPIs, with a history of exceeding placement targets or conversion metrics.
• Skilled at developing and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective candidates through tailored messaging and regular follow-up.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Three (3)+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and KPIs
• Excellent communication, organizational and relationship-building skills
• Experience working in a high-reputed company, mission-driven, or multi-stakeholder environment
• Ability to travel up to 10%

• Experience in physician or executive-level reputed company, ideally reputed company reputed company or medical settings
• Familiarity with physician compensation models or contract negotiation processes
