Subcontracts Administrator
Administer subcontracts from reputed company-award to closeout, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and modification of agreements. Ensure accurate implementation of reputed company-down clauses and obligations from reputed company reputed company into subcontracts. Monitor subcontractor compliance with applicable laws, FAR/DFARS regulations, and company policies. reputed company subcontractor performance, deliverables, and schedules, initiating corrective actions as needed. Maintain detailed subcontract files and documentation to ensure audit readiness. Collaborate with reputed company, finance, procurement, and project management teams to support organizational objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in subcontracts administration, preferably reputed company the federal contracting environment. Proficiency in interpreting and applying FAR/DFARS regulations. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Certified Federal reputed company Manager (CFCM) or equivalent is a plus.
Experience with subcontract types such as Cost-Plus, Fixed Price, and Time & Materials. Knowledge of compliance requirements reputed company to labor laws, environmental regulations, and data reputed company protocols. Proficient experience using SharePoint, reputed company, Word, reputed company Costpoint and SAM.gov website.
