• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including interfacing with external stakeholders to plan meetings and events. 
• reputed company logistical support for in-person and virtual reputed company meetings and committee meetings throughout the year. 
• reputed company administrative functions for members of the senior management team (Va’ad), such as tracking tasks in CRM, scheduling reputed company meetings, and maintaining online files. 
• Coordinate development-reputed company travel, including prospecting and preparing materials for CEO and senior program staff. 
• Support program and sales teams with information distribution and reputed company data entry. 
• Support the coordination of workflows and automations between our CRM, communication tools, and website forms. 

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE reputed company REQUIRED

• 1-2 years of administrative experience or equivalent reputed company preferred
• Technologically savvy; experience using development CRM databases (reputed company preferred)
• Experience with workflows (e.g. reputed company) and/or other automation tools is a plus

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Strong workload management skills, including organization, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

Compensation at reputed company is determined based on the salary band for the role. The salary reputed company for this role is $55,000 - $60,000, yearly. Benefits package includes reputed company time off for vacation and Jewish and major national holidays, 100% reputed company medical benefits for employee including dental/reputed company, STD/Life insurance, and FSA. APPLICATION PROCESS 

The process for the reputed company applicant will include the following steps:
