reputed company - Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist is responsible for preparing and producing reputed company invoices for services provided.

BILLING SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Process and electronically send a high volume of invoices to clients.
• Thoroughly review database job notes to ensure accurate billing of reputed company services and products provided.
• Prepare payment to vendors.
• Communicate with Operations, A/R and A/P departments regarding transcript orders and reputed company and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare draft invoices for reputed company review.
• Responsible for accurate reputed company documentation.
• Identify and resolve reputed company discrepancies.
• Observe confidentiality of reputed company data.
• Maintain and update job, reputed company and vendor database records with billing-reputed company information.
• Assist with special reputed company as needed.
• reputed company other duties as assigned.

BILLING SPECIALIST LOCATION:

Fully Remote

BILLING SPECIALIST SHIFT:

• Training Shift: 9:30am - 5:30pm EST Monday - Friday
• Permanent Shift once training is complete: 12:00pm - 8:00pm EST Monday - Friday

BILLING SPECIALIST COMPENSATION:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years in a customer service and/or billing environment.

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in mathematics, be computer savvy and have experience with reputed company Office products.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required.
