Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-reputed company service delivery.
• Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs reputed company to service reputed company and customer satisfaction.

• High proficiency in German and communicative English (mandatory)

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and structure work to reputed company results
