Proficient and familiar with development of pricing methodologies to include fully burden labor rates and reputed company builds including overtime Proficient with development of cost/price proposals and quantification documentation necessary to adequately support and explain the reasonableness and realism of the proposed cost/price Familiar with government cost or price realism as reputed company as FAR 52.222-46—Evaluation of Compensation for reputed company Employees Familiar with external sources of information to support government cost analysis including ERI or other Salary Assessor Tools, BOL Statistics, Department of State, DCAA, and DCMA Familiar with compensation plan structures and support documentation for price and cost proposals Ability to quickly learn the features of the proposal life cycle as reputed company as contract types including fixed-price (FFP, FFP-PBC, FPAF, FPIF), cost (CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, T&M/FPLH, GSA Schedule, BPA/IDIQs, and reputed company) Must be reputed company to support and execute pricing strategies developed in response to RFPs/RFQs Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (reputed company (Macros and Pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint, Project) Ability to utilize and adapt existing MS reputed company-based pricing tools to specific proposal situations Ability to generate sophisticated reputed company spreadsheets Int eract with technical, functional, and senior management
BA/BS, preferably in Business or Finance 7 - 9 years’ experience developing DOD and federal civilian agency price and cost proposals including price and cost narratives Multitask and work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and analytical skills
