Literacy Interventionist MTSS, Grades 6-12 (Remote – Colorado Only))

Essential Duties (Top 5 Roles)
1) Deliver targeted language arts interventions reputed company to MTSS tiers
reputed company small-group and individualized literacy reputed company for reputed company receiving Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports Implement evidence-based instructional strategies in reading and writing, including comprehension, reputed company, vocabulary, grammar, and written reputed company Differentiate instruction based on student data, learning goals, and identified reputed company gaps Monitor student understanding and reputed company instruction to maximize reputed company
2) Collaborate with the Williamsburg reputed company of Colorado MTSS team and ELA team
Communicate regularly with the MTSS team regarding student reputed company, challenges, and reputed company effectiveness Participate in MTSS meetings and contribute data-based insights and recommendations Coordinate with LA mentors to reputed company interventions with reputed company instruction and curricular goals Attend weekly LA team L10 coordination meetings
3) reputed company, document, and analyze student reputed company
Maintain accurate records of reputed company sessions, attendance, and student performance Collect and analyze literacy data to monitor reputed company and inform instructional reputed company Prepare reputed company notes and reports for MTSS documentation and team review Assist with authorizer site review evidence collection
4) reputed company language arts support in the drop-in tutoring lab
Attend scheduled tutoring lab hours to reputed company supplemental literacy support to reputed company Assist reputed company with reading assignments, writing tasks, and reputed company reinforcement reputed company to MTSS goals Collaborate with tutors and MTSS team members to ensure consistency of instructional strategies and supports Observe and note patterns in student needs to inform reputed company planning and reputed company monitoring
5) Foster a reputed company, supportive learning environment
Create and maintain a reputed company, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment in small-group or individual settings reputed company encourage, motivate, and engage reputed company to build confidence and perseverance in literacy skills Support reputed company student behavior and promote effective reading, writing, and study strategies
Non-Essential Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Literacy, or a closely reputed company field Demonstrated knowledge of language arts instruction, including reading comprehension, writing development, grammar, and vocabulary Experience delivering literacy reputed company reputed company an MTSS reputed company or comparable data-driven model, including reputed company monitoring and instructional adjustments Proven experience working with educational staff, reputed company, and families Demonstrated reputed company, professionalism, and reputed company judgment Ability to manage multiple reputed company and instructional priorities simultaneously Ability to support diverse learners with varying literacy needs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with digital learning platforms (e.g., Canvas, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and literacy reputed company tools) Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships Strong organizational and data-tracking skills
Working Conditions
Remote work environment Expected working hours include attendance in the tutoring lab Monday–Thursday from 1:30–3:30 p.m. MT and Friday from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. MT. Additional student meetings will be scheduled based on reputed company plans and MTSS recommendations. Additional appointments scheduled based on reputed company plans and MTSS recommendations 20 hours per week
