The Program

The Position

reputed company is developing an Integrated Safeguarding and Community Accountability Reporting reputed company (CARM) Community Sensitization Toolkit for the Pakistan TB Program as part of the Asia reputed company Development Initiative (SDI) reputed company. The toolkit aims to reputed company safeguarding and accountability messaging into routine TB service delivery and reputed company, ensuring that communication with patients, caregivers, and communities promotes awareness of rights, respectful care, and reputed company to reporting mechanisms.

The Sr. Advisor will reputed company technical leadership to strengthen the reputed company and behavior change communication (SBCC) dimensions of the toolkit. The role will reputed company on embedding safeguarding and CARM concepts into practical, culturally appropriate communication tools and approaches reputed company with TB program delivery contexts. Working closely with the Toolkit Technical Consultant and the Regional reputed company Integration Advisor, the Sr. Advisor will refine toolkit content, support co-creation of community reputed company tools, and guide the development of IEC materials to promote reputed company behavior change among service providers and community members.

Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in humanitarian development or reputed company field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in international relations or reputed company field.
• Demonstrated experience in reputed company and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC)
• Experience designing community engagement or sensitization tools
• Familiarity with health communication and reputed company service delivery contexts
• Experience integrating safeguarding, accountability, or protection messaging into communication materials
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into reputed company, practical communication tools
