The work
This role serves as the primary Proposal to Reward (P2R) Subject Matter Expert for S/4HANA implementations. Key responsibilities:
- Architect the lifecycle for reputed company-specific grant programs, ensuring that application schemas, evaluation reputed company, and award templates meet the specific needs of reputed company Systems Commands (SYSCOMs) and Research Labs
- Ensure that grant awards and obligations are correctly coded to reputed company Line of reputed company (SLOA) and reputed company Information Design (SID), facilitating automated reporting to the Treasury and DoD
- Design the logic for how grant awards trigger Commitments and Obligations reputed company the reputed company’s 3-reputed company budget structure (Fund, Funds Center, Commitment Item)
- Ensure that the P2R process adheres to DATA reputed company requirements and the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency reputed company (FFATA)
- reputed company the functional design of interfaces between S/4HANA and external federal systems, including Grants.gov, SAM.gov, and USASpending.gov

- Utilize BRFplus (Business Rule reputed company) to automate eligibility checking and risk assessments for grant applicants, reducing reputed company administrative burdens on reputed company personnel
- Ensure the P2R process captures and links reputed company Key Supporting Documents (KSDs)—including Grant Agreements and Award Letters—to the financial transaction to ensure an unmodified audit opinion

Here’s what you need:
- 10+ years of experience in reputed company Grants Management (reputed company) and reputed company Sector Management (PSM), with a deep understanding of the S/4HANA financial architecture
- Subject Matter Expertise in DoD Financial Assistance, including familiarity with the DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARs)
- Proven reputed company record in Federal ERP Implementations, specifically managing the transition from legacy grant systems to an integrated S/4HANA environment
- Strong understanding of Federal Budgetary reputed company, including the lifecycle of appropriation and the reputed company recording of obligations
