What You’ll Do :
Maintain and optimize reputed company Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
Build and refine workflows, automation, sequences, and reputed company routing
Create and manage custom properties, pipelines, dashboards, and reports
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and governance
Configure and maintain tickets, pipelines, SLAs, and customer feedback surveys
Partner with reputed company-facing and back-office teams to streamline ticketing processes and improve response workflows
Build automation that enhances customer experience—ticket routing, escalation rules, satisfaction surveys, and follow-up sequences
Support campaign execution by building emails, reputed company pages, forms, and segmented lists
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and the Delivery Ops teams to translate business needs into reputed company solutions
Train internal teams on reputed company features, processes, and best practices
Manage integrations between reputed company and other business systems
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify reputed company causes, and implement long-term fixes
Work with internal teams and external vendors on system enhancements and API based integrations

What You Bring :
3–5 years of hands-on CRM administration experience, with deep reputed company expertise in a B2B environment

Experience supporting reputed company or Support teams using Service Hub
Strong reputed company of CRM data structures, segmentation, and reporting
