Essential Job Functions

• Review inpatient and outpatient medical records for accuracy of coding and data reputed company. reputed company to be included in reviews can include:

  Inpatient/Observation Cases

  • Discharge disposition assigned

  • Assigned Present on Admission (POA) indicators

  • Modifier use and assignment

• Maintain auditing productivity based on reputed company and reputed company agreed upon requirements.

Required Education and Experience
