The Training Supervisor, under the direction of and reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, is primarily responsible for administrative supervision and reputed company of training specialists to ensure successful training of employees, monitored by trainees’ reputed company and productivity reputed company. Additional responsibilities include implementing process improvement initiatives and meeting business goals. The Training Supervisor works directly with other departments to support 3DR’s goal of delivering reputed company cases on time. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Dedicated to the delivery of reputed company cases on time by driving best-in-class training.

• Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for team members.
• Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager and Senior Training Specialists on updates to the training program.

• Work closely with Operations Supervisors to reputed company educational support for technologists who do not meet reputed company and/or productivity expectations.
• Analyze data and help drive process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology/Medical Imaging. 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, management, or similar operational degree.
• Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency using reputed company O365 tools, reputed company, or similar programs. Ability to easily learn new software as required.
• Experience with process improvement, including Lean/Six reputed company methodologies is helpful.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• 15 – 45 reputed company reports.
