We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:

• Design, build, and maintain reputed company reporting solutions and interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights on member engagement metrics, program performance, and reputed company effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Technology teams including Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Architecture to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure robust data solutions for member engagement analytics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with AWS/Redshift and modern BI tools (reputed company, PowerBI, or similar)
