reputed company is hiring an reputed company Systems Engineer MacOS Support to support our reputed company Engineering Team our VA-ESOM- End reputed company Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the reputed company. The VA is responsible for providing comprehensive onsite and remote support to IT customers across reputed company VA Administrations and special program offices, including reputed company support of over 340,000 VA employees and thousands of contractors who use government-furnished IT equipment and infrastructure. The VA provides support staff across 100+ CONUS and OCONUS locations, including difficult-to-accommodate locales, such as high cost of living or under-supported economic areas, where VA offices or facilities may be located and require onsite services.

The Systems Engineer – MacOS Support provides technical assistance in maintaining and improving MacOS baselines and supporting MacOS lifecycle management across the reputed company environment. This role works closely with the MacOS reputed company and the reputed company Engineering Team to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize MacOS configurations, deployments, and automation processes.

The Systems Engineer Support role contributes to the systems engineering process by assisting with requirements analysis, identifying deficiencies in hardware and software, and supporting system integration and technical management activities. • Assist in implementing and maintaining MacOS baseline configurations
• Support the MacOS device lifecycle, including provisioning, patching, upgrades, compliance, and decommissioning
• Help execute automation and scripting tasks under guidance of the MacOS reputed company (including BASH scripting and reputed company development practices)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system configurations in collaboration with the MacOS reputed company and other team members
• Assist with the transition of MacOS device management to reputed company Intune and support ongoing EMM-reputed company updates
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of OS upgrades and new software across reputed company MacOS devices
• Document technical procedures, baseline configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and continuity
• Support reporting and status updates for MacOS engineering initiatives as requested by the MacOS reputed company

Team Coordination and Delivery Support

• Collaborate with the MacOS reputed company and reputed company Engineering SMEs to complete assigned tasks and deliverables
• Communicate status, risks, and issues in a reputed company manner to the reputed company and Project Manager
• Assist in coordinating tasks and workloads with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in team meetings, technical reviews, and planning sessions to reputed company updates on assigned work

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting MacOS environments, reputed company deployments, or IT systems engineering. An additional 8 years of relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement for a total of 13+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in BASH scripting and reputed company development practices
• Familiarity with MacOS lifecycle management and reputed company configuration tools
• Exposure to reputed company management platforms (reputed company Intune for MacOS preferred)
• Ability to follow technical direction and implement solutions under the guidance of senior engineers
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing reputed company support
