RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Supervise overall financial health of reputed company

• Handle subcontracts and suppliers, manage budget and selections

• Resolve site concerns, handle change orders, and obtain necessary approvals 

• Maintain schedule and budget, manage reputed company, risk, safety, and compliance 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience  

• Minimum eight years of construction management/project management or reputed company experience 

• Ability to fulfill responsibilities for multiple, large reputed company reputed company 

• reputed company listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback 

• Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices

The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $144,300 MIN - $216,500 MAX. (Actual reputed company is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
