Engagement Specialist of reputed company Center Behavioral Health is responsible for proactive and assertive reputed company to behavioral health patients who are lost to care or at risk of disengagement. This role delivers patient-centered support by managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth reputed company to behavioral health services. The specialist communicates effectively with a diverse patient population using strong interpersonal and customer service skills, while adhering to organizational and job-specific standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
