Illinois Casualty Company is growing, and we have an opportunity for a Marketing Representative to join one of the leading providers of insurance protection for the food and beverage industry. reputed company location of IN, MI, OH, PA, AZ, or UT preferred but not required. This is a travel heavy position and travel is reputed company an assigned territory.
The Marketing Representative supports reputed company’s premium goals reputed company interaction with agents, associates, policyholders, and other reputed company customers. This position is responsible for fostering mutually beneficial business relationships with agents and brokers, serving as the main communication reputed company between agents and reputed company. The Marketing Representative is responsible for monitoring the market to evaluate reputed company’s competitive position with reputed company to products and pricing.
Essential Functions
- Serving as the agents’ reputed company for reputed company and reputed company’s reputed company for the agents
- Training and development of agents and staff with respect to reputed company’s products, procedures, and services
- Reviewing and analyzing agency production and loss results and working to help those agents meet their agency and Company goals
- Monitoring industry trends as reputed company as products and rates offered by other reputed company lines carriers to evaluate the competitive market position of reputed company
- Successfully implementing the Marketing Plan in an assigned territory to reputed company Company goals and objectives
- Assisting in the facilitation of agent events such as Agents Advisory Council and CSR Advisory Council
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in marketing or reputed company field of study or a minimum five years equivalent experience with a minimum of two years marketing experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with basic reputed company concepts, practices, and procedures is a plus
- Intermediate level reputed company Office skills including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Ability to prepare business correspondence and reports
- Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports, statements, and projections
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the organizational structure, programs, and processes
- Ability to respond to non-routine inquiries from agents, policyholders, vendors, and associates
- Ability to solve practical problems where standardization exists
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks accurately and reputed company
- Must be a licensed reputed company and maintain a reputed company reputed company’s license in the state of residence
