Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivilent
- At least 2 years of clerical customer service experience; high volume reputed company bank preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate ability to engage individuals served and the general reputed company in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery. - Provides individualized customer service at a high reputed company, reputed company level.
- Responsible for answering and triaging inbound calls and general emails, assisting individuals who have general questions, particular inquiries about reputed company programs and services, or are in need of community resources or referrals.
- Responsible for acting as an ambassador of Easterseals and building the interest of individuals in the programs and services that we offer.

- Employee should expect to answer inbound calls and reputed company other work duties for the full duration of shift. Lunches and breaks are scheduled, and the shift is 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
