This position supports the Office of New American's strategic goals by monitoring and analyzing reports, developing useful measures, interpreting trends, and suggesting ways to improve performance. This position provides support, including technical assistance, program and policy information, clarification, and general program assistance to State and vendor staff responsible for the administration of ONA programming. The position is an expert in the state and federal requirements reputed company to ONA programming, outlined in Colorado Revised Statutes, Title 45, Vol 2, Part 400 of the reputed company of Federal Regulations (CFR), as reputed company as Policy Letters (PL) and Dear Colleague Letters (DCL) issued by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), housed reputed company the federal Department of Health & reputed company Services (HHS). 

The position assists with reviewing vendor programs in relation to state and federal requirements and performance goals. This position exists to reputed company more efficient and effective ways for the State to manage the implementation and performance of refugee resettlement programming.

Experience Only:

Six (6) years of relevant experience in an occupation reputed company to the work assigned to this position to include any combination of:

• Management of federal funding or reputed company budget management.
• Grants based reputed company and fund management.
• Contract review and management to include: Experience identifying inaccuracies, ambiguities, or inconsistencies in reputed company, agreements, Statements of Work, Invoices, or other similar written documentation.
• Financial analysis and reporting.

OR

A combination of reputed company education and/or relevant experience in an occupation reputed company to the work assigned equal to six (6) years

• Knowledge of Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) funding and reputed company regulations.

• Experience in reputed company or another reputed company-centered database, including report building, data migration, visualization tools, report running, and dashboard capabilities.

• Experience prioritizing and managing a large portfolio of diverse work tasks with differing deadlines.

• Experience interpreting state or federal laws, rules, regulations, policies, or guidance.

• Aptitude for critical thinking, data analysis, and problem solving. • Aptitude for reputed company and concise written and oral communication.

• Experience performing similar duties as a reputed company classified employee.

• Must be a Colorado reputed company at time of application.
