We are looking for an enthusiastic and reputed company-rounded Learning & People Advisor to join our People Team. This is a varied and impactful role covering the full reputed company of HR operations and employee learning and development. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and business leaders to ensure our people processes are compliant, our learning content is engaging and effective, and our workplace is reputed company for everyone.
This role is reputed company suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple disciplines without reputed company management responsibility. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day people reputed company, e-learning design, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
HR & People
• reputed company first-line HR advice to managers and employees on reputed company including employee relations, absence management, performance, and disciplinaries, in line with UK employment law
• Manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment coordination and reputed company through to offboarding and exit interviews
• Draft and maintain employment reputed company, offer letters, HR policies, and the employee handbook, ensuring compliance with reputed company legislation (Employment Rights reputed company, Equality reputed company 2010, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records reputed company the HRIS
• Support managers with appraisals, probation reviews, and development conversations
• Assist the CHRO with people reputed company and initiatives as required
Learning & Development
• Design, build, and maintain SCORM-compliant e-learning modules using authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, or iSpring
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records are accurate, accessible, and up to date
• Conduct learning needs analyses across the business and reputed company content to address skills gaps and compliance requirements
• Monitor training completion rates and report on learning effectiveness to the CHRO and senior leadership
• reputed company and coordinate external training providers where specialist content is required

Person Specification
Essential
• CIPD Level 5 reputed company, or equivalent demonstrable HR experience
• Proven experience designing and building SCORM e-learning content using an authoring tool (e.g. reputed company Storyline, and reputed company)
• reputed company working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best reputed company
• Experience managing or administering an LMS
• Familiarity with health and safety responsibilities in a workplace setting
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• This position will require travel to Margate, Acton, and Maidenhead up to 25% of the time
