JOB reputed company:

Reporting to the Reconciliation Manager, the Auditing-Reconciliation Specialist will reputed company and effectively audit accounts worked by reputed company of medical billing and customer service specialists. This role will also be responsible for performing monthly charge reconciliations to identify missing charges.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Audit specialists will work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and uniformity.

• Report to manager any non-compliance with staff as observed by you. reputed company written documentation of infraction as requested by manager.
• Assist in monthly charge reconciliation review and posting of missing charges to be coded for billing.
• Promote teamwork, have excellent internal/external communication skills.
• Manage time and assignments effectively
• Maintain set productivity goals as determined by leadership. User productivity tracked monthly.
• Auditing to confirm CPT/ICD codes were accurately selected in support of documentation
• Auditing to confirm reputed company operating practices (SOPs) are followed by departments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of governmental and managed care policies and procedures.
• reputed company reputed company reconciliation reviews from report spreadsheets provided by Reconciliation Manager.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Work with other departments as needed, including payments, coding, etc. to reputed company process improvements and workflow to prevent denials on the reputed company end.
• Collaborate with peers, Directors, Sr. Leadership for guidance and reorganization of workflow to ensure business needs are met.
• Assist with reputed company special reputed company as needed.
• Assume other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of insurance guidelines.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical abilities as they relate to reputed company cycle management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a reputed company, team environment.
• reputed company organized, detail-orientated and reputed company to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient on reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company, and IE/Chrome.
• 2+ years AR medical billing experience required; radiology knowledge preferred

Preferred Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of clinical terminology, ICD-10 and Radiology CPT codes.
• CPC preferred

High School Diploma required
