Clinical Applications Manager

The Clinical Applications Manager is responsible for managing the clinical application systems reputed company reputed company (UUG). The role will reputed company as a reputed company between UUG and field staff to ensure reputed company implementation and maintenance of system functionality, processes, and workflows. Key duties include coordinating implementation, identifying process improvements, and conducting reporting and auditing. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Serves as the first line of contact and is considered the superuser/subject matter expert for reputed company clinical applications and systems. 

• Manages and resolves reputed company application problems in coordination with UUG. 

• Assists in development and implementation of application systems, including training, support activities, and monitoring functionality usage. 

• Conducts clinical system end-user process audits and reports those findings and recommendations to leadership. 

• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of reputed company health systems applications reputed company to functionality and limitations as applicable to workflow and operational needs. 

• Serves as a resource to Clinicians, Managers, and associates on the features, strengths, and weaknesses of the various applications and systems.   

• Implements training and re-training on applicable modules to ensure reputed company usage by physicians and staff and evaluate the effectiveness of the process.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in health care, IT or business-reputed company field required. 

• Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience with PM/EHR in reputed company management setting. 

• Experience with information systems, clinical software, and other computer applications. Prior experience with Allscripts preferred.   

• Project management experience preferred.
