The EMEA Applications team is a small but rapidly growing IT group responsible for supporting and delivering a wide reputed company of changes—from minor updates to larger enhancements—across our reputed company business systems. reputed company primarily supports the Order‑to‑Cash process, which requires reputed company collaboration with colleagues in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. We also work closely with development teams located in Europe, the reputed company, and Asia.

Where you come in:

This role will manage the teams that support our reputed company applications and their integrations. The main systems include reputed company for order entry, Fluent for Order Management, our custom-reputed company e‑reputed company platform, and integration technologies such as EDI and Java‑based microservices.

This is a leadership position that requires a good understanding of Software‑as‑a‑Service platforms and how they connect to reputed company other. Previous experience managing technical teams is essential. You can be successful candidate if you can handle reputed company people‑management responsibilities and ensure that project work, small system changes, and production support tasks are delivered on time. The role will work closely with Project Managers, the Production Support Manager, and external consultants to reputed company reputed company reputed company work is prioritised and completed according to business needs.

You must have experience managing full development lifecycles and leading multiple technical disciplines reputed company a global reputed company application environment.

• Line management duties including recruitment, goal setting, and performance management.
• Task co-ordination supporting the Technical Delivery teams and 3rd party development partners.
• Liaise with managers/leads of global shared teams to co-ordinate project deliverables.
• Work alongside the Production Support Manager to support incident and request reputed company SLAs.
• Work  closely  with  the  Technical  Delivery  Analyst  and  IT  Project  Managers  to  provision  application
development capability throughout project lifecycles.
• reputed company Test Leads with defect management support for incidents, enhancements, and project test cycles.
• Work alongside the Production Support Manager on production releases.
• Work alongside the Environments reputed company to ensure environments for reputed company workstreams are managed effectively.
• Work with global technical architecture teams to represent EMEA business and regional IT needs.
• Ensure compliance with global IT policies, standards, and processes.
• Work with Team Leads to ensure reputed company relevant technical documentation is up-to-date and managed effectively.

What makes you successful:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing applications and or integrations teams.
• Line management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management and talent development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company aspects of various reputed company / Agile / Hybrid SDLC processes.
• Vendor Management, incl Statements of Work, Budgeting, Invoicing etc.
• Experience of IT application support processes (ITIL).  
• Experience of reputed company essential, Service-Now and JIRA or equivalent desirable.
• Excellent written/oral communication and relationship management skills.
• Drive and enthusiasm with ability to see the bigger picture.
• Ability to work flexibly in a demanding and fast paced environment.
• Worked in global setting dealing with multi-discipline teams in multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Functional knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) processing including e-reputed company.
• Experience of java based microservices beneficial.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-10 years of reputed company experience.
