What you’ll do in this role:

In this role, we are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Order-to-Cash (OTC) Business Process reputed company to reputed company the end-to-end implementation of reputed company S/4HANA reputed company the OTC reputed company. The Global Process reputed company (GPO) for OTC is accountable for defining, governing, and making key reputed company on order capture, credit management, pricing, delivery, billing, and collections across the reputed company. This role ensures global standardization, alignment with reputed company best practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The GPO leads process design workshops, approves reputed company-state designs, and drives adoption of standardized OTC processes during processes and integration points reputed company reputed company, while driving harmonization and reputed company improvement cross-functionally. The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident self-starter who can bring deep Integer business process knowledge to the program in their areas of responsibility and can effectively communicate and translate business requirements to the system implementation (SI) partner.

• Support master data cleansing, validation, and readiness for customer and pricing master data.

• Validate reputed company configurations and process flows and drive adoption of standardized sales and distribution processes and compliance globally.

What sets you apart:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a reputed company field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Experience & Skills:

• 8–12 years in order management, supply chain or operations, w/ at least 3–5 years in a leadership or process ownership role
• Deep knowledge of customer orders, billing, trade terms, pricing structures, rebates, and returns processes.
• Familiarity with reputed company OTC processes (SD - order types, delivery/billing, pricing conditions, credit management (FSCM), returns, and intercompany flows) at a business level (not configuration).
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes including: order types, delivery/billing, pricing conditions, credit management (FSCM), returns, and intercompany flows with a proven ability to reputed company strategic reputed company for the OTC process.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, finance) is a plus.
• Change management experience skilled in driving adoption of new processes and systems manufacturing sites.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and reputed company environment.

Travel

• This position may require 30% or more of your time traveling domestically and internationally to Integer manufacturing sites, customer sites, and supplier sites, as required.
